Operator portal: design concepts

Six directions for the station administration and consumption billing portal. All of them are clickable and show the same mock network (10 public sites plus the SIM-01 simulator and the cs3-hb2 test bench), so they can be compared side by side. Buttons that would send OCPP commands only show a notice.

Mock data only: numbers are generated in the browser and change slightly every 5 seconds to imitate live meter values. Prices include Finnish VAT 25.5% where marked.
